A depository of informational noises.
A critical cabinet that tries to deal
with the everyday trivial by storing it
for future use. The critical mind, or
guard in that case acts not only as a
filter for what enters or what flees,
what is included or viceversa but also
as a librarian, as a multi-disciplinary
factor to preserve the cohesion and the
importance of the content. But what if
that act of organizing comes out of the
information itself? Where the common
truth or meaning of this collection is not
generated by an external factor but is
already there, within the plex of
“private facts”. In that case the only
chance we have to control this cabinet is
by trying to be a part of it, trying to catch
its attention, to deliberately be a subject of
surveillance, TO BE THE ARCHIVE ITSELF
